
Ingredients
• 3.5 oz. Dried Beef Tía Lencha
• 2 Carrots
• 1 Can of Corn of 7 oz.
• 1 Piece of Onion
• 1 Potato
• 1 Zucchini
• 5.3 oz. of Broccoli
• 1 Chayote
• 3.5 oz. of Green Beans
• Coriander, Consommé
• 0.5 gallon of Water
• 1.7 oz. of Butter
• Lemon
Way to Cook:
- Half steam the vegetables in butter.
- Add the Dried Beef Tía Lencha and brown for a few seconds.
- Add the water, the corn and season as desired with coriander and consommé.
- Let it simmer from 10 to 15 minutes.
- When serving, add a few drops od lemon juice.
