• Dried Beef Tía Lencha
• Tomato
• Piece of Onion
• Piece of Bell Pepper
• Coriander, Consommé, Cumin and Pepper
• Clove of Garlic
• 33 oz. of Water
• Vegetable Oil
• Lemon


Way to Cook:


  • Liquefy the tomato with the garlic.
  • Fry the onion and the bell pepper, previously chopped, in oil.
  • Add the Dried Beef Tía Lencha and brown it for a few seconds, add and cook the sauce. 
  • Pour the water and season it as desired with coriander and spices
  • When it starts boiling, lower the flame and let it cook for ten mintues approximately. 
  • When serving, add a few drops of lemon.
